The checkout process was a nightmare. I was locked in my room for over 20 minutes due to a faulty door. This caused me to miss an important reservation, which was incredibly frustrating.

Request a room away from the bar for a quieter stay. The noise can be quite disruptive late at night.

Plus, the breakfast buffet was top-notch with a buffet juice bar offering tons of choices. The hotel’s location is also stellar, just a stroll away from Bab al Bahrain and local cafes.

Now for the spicy side, We booked smoking rooms but ended up in non-smoking ones, which was a hassle. And ordering food meant trekking down to the lobby for your order. Even if you gave your info, it felt a bit off.

Staff was friendly and helpful. pool area could use more sun loungers.
